Welcome to SKY STUDIO – Photography & Cinematography. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and the photography, videography, and related services we provide. By using our website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

SKY STUDIO provides photography, cinematography, video editing, and related services for various events, including:

  • Wedding Photography & Cinematography
  • Birthday Photography
  • Baby Shower Photography
  • Maternity Photography
  • Half Saree & Dhoti Ceremony Photography
  • Housewarming Photography
  • Corporate Event Photography

The availability, deliverables, and scope of each service will depend on the package agreed upon with the customer.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Customers may contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website to enquire about our services.
  • A booking is confirmed only after we communicate confirmation and receive any agreed advance payment.
  • Customers must provide accurate event details, including the event date, venue, timings, and service requirements.
  • Availability is subject to our schedule and confirmation.
  • Any changes to the booking must be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a booking.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Service charges will be communicated to the customer before booking confirmation.
  • An advance payment may be required to secure the event date.
  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon during booking.
  • Any additional services, extra hours, travel expenses, albums, prints, or other deliverables not included in the original package may incur additional charges.
  • Any applicable taxes or additional costs will be communicated where required.

The confirmed quotation or booking agreement will take precedence over general pricing information displayed on the website.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers should notify SKY STUDIO as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
  • Cancellation charges and refund eligibility will be governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms agreed upon at booking.
  • Additional costs may apply when a rescheduled event requires changes to travel, staffing, equipment, or other arrangements, where agreed with the customer.
  • If SKY STUDIO is unable to provide the booked service, we will communicate with the customer regarding an appropriate resolution in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct event details and contact information.
  • Arranging the necessary venue permissions for photography and filming.
  • Informing us of venue restrictions, important timings, and special requirements.
  • Helping coordinate access to the event and relevant locations.
  • Obtaining appropriate permissions from other individuals where necessary for photography or filming arrangements.

We are not responsible for missed photographs or filming opportunities caused by restrictions imposed by venues, event delays, limited access, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Photography and Cinematography

We will make reasonable efforts to provide professional photography and cinematography services consistent with the agreed package.

Customers acknowledge that photography and filming may be affected by lighting conditions, weather, venue restrictions, event schedules, guest movement, and other circumstances.

The final selection and editing of photographs and videos will follow our professional style and the deliverables agreed upon during booking. Specific poses, shots, or creative outcomes cannot be guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Delivery of Photos and Videos

  • Edited photographs, videos, albums, and other deliverables will be provided according to the confirmed package.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during booking.
  • Delivery may take longer during busy seasons or where additional editing, revisions, or customer approvals are required.
  • Raw photographs and unedited footage are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
  • Customers should download and back up delivered files promptly.

8. Copyright and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the copyright in photographs and videos created by SKY STUDIO remains with the photographer, videographer, or other relevant rights holder, subject to applicable law and any contractual arrangements.

Customers receive permission to use the delivered material for personal purposes, unless different usage rights are agreed upon in writing.

Commercial use, resale, substantial editing, or redistribution may require prior written permission where applicable.

SKY STUDIO will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable customer photographs or videos for public promotional purposes, where required. Please refer to our Photography & Image Usage Policy.

9. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content displayed on the SKY STUDIO website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without appropriate authorization, except where permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other external websites.

We do not control the content, availability, or policies of those third-party services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

SKY STUDIO will make reasonable efforts to provide the services agreed upon with the customer.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, third-party failures, or unexpected event changes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party will be considered in breach solely because of delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, serious emergencies, or major transport disruptions.

The affected party should inform the other party as soon as reasonably possible. Any rescheduling, refund, or alternative arrangement will be handled according to the booking agreement and applicable law.

13. Privacy

Personal information provided to SKY STUDIO will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

SKY STUDIO may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date.

Changes will not automatically override specific booking terms already agreed upon with a customer, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant booking agreement.
